I'm too "Ruley"

I made this video yesterday after Will calmed down from having a fit.  It rained for a good part of the afternoon so Will was stuck inside and had too much energy.  He started running back and forth in the kitchen and living room.  I asked him not to run so near the dog because Napoleon was very sick yesterday.  That upset him a little but I had dinner ready so he came to the table to eat.  Of course he wanted to start off with a breadstick but I told him to eat some chicken first.  Well, that did it - he went over the deep end at that point, yelling and screaming that I was "too ruley" because I made so many rules all the time.  Then he wished he was a grown up so he could make rules.  Here was his response when I asked him what rule he would make if he was a grown up....
