Learning to Ride a Bike

Will learned to ride his bike without training wheels today - in about 15 minutes!  Before an hour passed he had mastered starting, stopping, and standing!  I'm not ready for the wheelies and tricks that I know will follow soon.

I am so proud of my big boy!

More Snow!





Just Like Daddy

We bought Will a new belt and shoes just like Daddy's.
This was the first morning he was excited to get dressed for church!

Things to Laugh at

Before Easter, Jerry asked Will if he was looking forward to going to grandma's house. Will said "Yes, but the part I'm not looking forward to is that long drive!" Jerry said that he wasn't much on the long drive either, to which Will replied "I'm not ANY on that long drive!"

While describing to me where a piece of food was lodged between his teeth, Will coined the term "kay-nysers" to describe the teeth you didn't even know you had right between your canines and your incisors.

He must have inherited the skill for blending words from his father.  While on the phone to David recently Jerry indicated that he could not repeat a statement because it included "profoundity", which translates to thought-provoking "profound profanity."

Spring Weather

They were calling for a chance of snow showers this morning.  It never snowed but the weather has changed every 30 minutes all day long.  Clouds will blow through with a rain shower, then quickly clear to blue skies and sunshine, only to be replaced by threatening clouds again followed by a hail storm!

Our Many Easter Celebrations

We spent Easter weekend in Covington visiting with family.  On Saturday we colored eggs at mom's house then had an Easter egg hunt.  We went to church with Grandma Margie on Sunday morning then had lunch at her house with everyone before heading back to Pennsylvania.  We arrived home just after 9 o'clock but the Easter bunny had left one more basket here for Will (he got a total of FOUR this year!)

Will's Chicken Dance

Will started dancing to the music on his chicken egg Easter decoration.  I thought for sure he would stop when he saw me watching him, but to my surprise he didn't!  Jerry managed to get a video of him with his phone without Will knowing.
